oneCARE was selling its line of Clorox-branded mops at a loss to avoid losing competitive shelf space in Target stores.

To turn its profit margins around, oneCARE looked to SmartShape to help them rethink the product line, and redesign with cost optimization in mind.

The result was a new design that cost the company much less to produce, provided a fresh new visual brand language, and even better value and user experience. This enabled Clorox to maintain shelf space and begin earning a profit on sales.
