Angela has been in the market research and insights industry for 15 years. She has experience across all phases of full service custom market research supporting innovation, litigation and healthcare to name a few. In each role, she has absorbed the best methods and approaches from experts in our field to bring out meaningful insights. In addition to her hands-on design of detailed user experience studies, she has traveled the world training other researchers to follow her formats for repeatable and measurable testing. Regardless of the details or type of study, she breaks down the research, compiles the most relevant resources and creates an executable process to increase confidence in the research operations.
Amongst the research, she explored the world, learning about as many cultures as she could and collecting enough stories and pictures to last a lifetime. Her passion for learning and creativity comes out in her travels, work, and in the activities she takes up with friends and family. Angela enjoys planning events and working with non-profit organizations. She is forever growing as an artisan in a variety of mediums including creative baking, memorable childhood experiences, custom gifts and local projects.
As an undergrad, Angela earned her Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Marketing from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst. She later attended Endicott College to complete her MBA program in business and project management. She served on the local board of the Insights Association for over 8 years as well as advising on other councils, think tanks, and committees along the way.
In her role as Insights Director at CFR she gets to do what she loves - looking at complex (maybe initially vague) studies and designing a way to reach the intended outcome using a systematic approach. Along with her team, they ensure each stage of the research process produces quality data that can be trusted to deliver relevant insights that matter."
